Short Bio

Alexander Bett studied Physics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Since 2013 he works at Fraunhofer Institute of Solar Energy Systems (ISE). He did his PhD in the group “Novel Solar Cell Concepts” on perovskite silicon tandem solar cells. Since 2020 he works as a PostDoc in the characterization department with the focus on characterization of perovskite silicon tandem solar cells.
