Apr, 04th 2022 [Project Update]

After the  successful first and second call, VIPERLAB project launches its 3rd call for proposals to access in its physical and Virtual Research Infrastructures. The call  opens on 4th  April with a submission deadline on 31st May, 2022 (closing at 23.59.59 CET). Applicants will be notified of review outcomes in June 2022.

After a successful first call last autumn, VIPERLAB project launches its 2nd call for proposals. The call for proposals opens on 3rd January with a submission deadline on 28th February, 2022 (closing at 23.59.59 CET). Applicants will be notified of review outcomes in March 2022.

VIPERLAB project was proposed @ the PV-IMPACT half-day highly interactive matching event  on Perovskite-Silicon tandem held on line  on December 1st 2021.


Nov, 24th 2021 [News on line]

World record again at HZB: Almost 30 % efficiency for next-generation PSC/Si tandem solar cells. The recent research and development focus was on the optical improvement of the silicon heterojunction bottom cell. A nanotextured front side and a dielectric back reflector were added.


Oct, 15th 2021 [News on line]

PV-IMPACT is and EU H2020 funded project will try out a variety of approaches to stimulate the private sector to spend more on PV Research, development and Innovation in Europe A series of 14 half-day highly interactive matching events has been planned that will serve primarily to bring companies in contact with other companies  to make new connections and find partners with whom to work on future projects under EU and/or national funding schemes

The call for proposals opens on 15th October with a submission deadline on 30th November, 2021 extended to December 3rd 23.59.59 CET). Applicants will be notified of review outcomes in December 2021.

Saule Technologies,  the Polish company specialized  into next-generation perovskite-based photovoltaic cells, claims to be the first company in the world to have commissioned commercial production of the technology.
