On line fora, message boards, newsgroups and open discussion are powerful communication tools can offer many strong benefits to foster intellectual exchange in science and technology  learning new ideas and refining old ones, keeping up with current research trends and new ones, learning about new opportunities, making new collaboration and contacts and foster the previous ones. Discussion can cover different topics such as : how can be done better and more efficiently a characterization? did  someone else have seen this strange behaviour?? or other information like this one.

On other hand VIPERLAB KEP platform doesn't intend  to duplicate the numerous and very efficient on-line discussion platforms already existing, indeed having wider communties to disseminate that our KEP  platform.
