Short Bio
Dr. Mugnier has a long professional experience in engineering solar thermal and solar PV systems for large applications and especially on solar cooling systems Managing the solar & innovation department of TECSOL - one of the French leading solar engineering company – Dr. Mugnier is also involved in numerous R&D projects on solar PV, solar thermal and solar cooling at national, EU and international level. He is currently the chairman of IEA PVPS that has a view to increase the worldwide visibility of the technical collaboration effort among 32 member nations. He was formerly also Vice Chairman of the European Solar Thermal Technology Platform and is currently French Representative of the IEA Solar Heating and Cooling Program
