Carolin SUTTER-FELLA

The research focus of Dr. Sutter-Fella is on chemical solution synthesis of functional materials, understanding and manipulating synthesis-property relationships including nucleation and growth as well as evolution of functional properties. To do so she and her team use correlative in situ techniques developed in their lab or at the synchrotron. Materials of interest include hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites, halide double perovskites and oxides. The Sutter-Fella lab is a part of the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab’s Molecular Foundry which is a national User Facility.
